Refund Policy

Due to the customized and digital nature of our Services, all sales are final except as outlined below.
1. 1:1 COACHING SERVICES
No refunds once coaching services have commenced
Failure to participate, follow programming, or submit videos does not qualify for a refund
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle
No partial refunds for unused time
3. ONE-TIME DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Non-refundable once delivered or accessed
4. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion for documented medical emergencies that prevent participation.
5. MERCHANDISE REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise purchases are final sale unless an item arrives defective or damaged. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
Approved replacements will be issued at our discretion. We do not offer refunds for sizing errors, buyer’s remorse, or normal wear. Exchanges for merchandise due to need for a different size can be made if 1) the inventory desired is available and 2) the buyer pays for return shipping plus the subsequent merchandise shipping.
6. CHARGEBACKS
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in termination of Services and future access.
